Her expertise extends to drafting and prosecuting all kinds of matters pertaining to Trademark law and representing clients before the Indian IP Office. She is also into drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts, MOUs and IP agreements of varied nature. She leads the Opposition and Rectification department (Trademarks Law) of the firm and manages voluminous TM opposition portfolios of Corporates as well as SMEs and Startups. She has participated at various conferences and represented the firm on national as well as global level. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law & Business Administration from the United World School of Law and Masters in Business Law (Gold Medalists) from Gujarat University.
